Successful Migration of Email for Client

Our client had been using Microsoft BPOS to host and manage email after moving away from a premises based hardware server 18 months ago. Micorosoft have replaced this service with Office 365 and this necessitated a migration to the new solution.

Email is vitally important for our client, as is retaining existing email data for compliance purposes. With 50 plus staff, it was important to manage the transition smoothly and avoid disruption to the business.

Set up of Office 365 occured over the weekend to be ready for migration on Monday morning. MonkeyPuzzle Computers attended onsite to configure staff PCs with Office 365 email account details and took copies of existing email data. This was then transferred to staff PCs overnight to reduce load on our client's broadband.
