MonkeyPuzzle Computers Complete Successful Office Move for Client

MonkeyPuzzle Computers recently successfully assisted a tele-marketing client to move offices with minimum disruption to staff.

Our client is a fast growing business discovery and tele-marketing company with a high work rate and fast paced workload. Any disurption to business has significant financial implications as they seek to generate new business for their own clients.

The move was completed over a weekend and all network infrastructure and intern connectivity installed ready at the new premises. Staff packed up and went home on Friday evening and returned on Monday morning in the new offices ready to begin work. MonkeyPuzzle Computers were available in case of issues on the first day, but in the end weren't required due to the pre-planning work and tested carried out over the weekend.

Our client has robust internet connectivity that will automatically transfer connections to a second broadband connection should the prmiary connection experience issues. This ensures staff continue to be able to work while any issues are resolved.
