We are able to get you up and running again, demonstrate how we did it and you gain a greater understanding of your computer.
Should you PC ever need to come into MonkeyPuzzle Computers to be repaired , Support Plan customers benefit from a reduced rate labour price, reduced price for PC Healthchecks and priority over non-plan customers for repairs.

Customers who over-use the service unnecessarily, particularly for minor troubles or repeatedly for the same issue, will be advised of this and asked to use the service for it’s intended purpose.
